Corpus Christi College, University of Cambridge has a regular programme for welcoming Visiting Fellows to the College. Visiting Fellowships are open only to early-career scholars on sabbatical leave from their permanent positions who have had no prior academic experience of Oxford or Cambridge. Early-career is defined as within seven years of the award of a PhD or six years of a permanent academic appointment, excluding any career break, for example, for family care or health reasons. A Visiting Fellowship is held for one term only.
Visiting Fellowships are non-stipendiary. The College offers free accommodation in a comfortable, modern one-bedroom flat at Leckhampton (the College's second site where most of its postgraduates are housed).
