Applications are invited for Visiting Fellowships for either the Michaelmas Term 2019 (October to December 2019) or the Lent Term 2020 (January to March 2020).
While welcoming applications from established academics at all stages of their career, the College aims to make these Visiting Fellowships particularly attractive to early-career scholars on sabbatical leave from their permanent positions who have had no prior academic experience of Oxford or Cambridge. Early career is normally defined as within eight years of the award of a PhD or six years of a permanent academic appointment, excluding any career break, for example, for family care or health reasons.
A Visiting Fellowship is held for one term only. One Fellowship is normally available in the Michaelmas Term (October to December) and one in the Lent Term (January to March).
