The Faculty of Divinity, West Road, Cambridge, invites applications for a University Lectureship in Patristics (Grade 9, £38,511-£48,743). Candidates, whose research specialism may be in any field of Patristic thought and culture to the end of the first millennium, should have a doctorate in the field. The person appointed will be expected to undertake high quality research in Patristics, to teach for the Tripos, Diploma and the MPhil, to supervise doctoral students, and to undertake some administration. Candidates should be able to take up the post on 1 September 2016. The appointment will be subject to five years' probation.
