Corpus Christi College, University of Cambridge invites applications for one Stipendiary Early-Career Research Fellowship tenable for four years from 1 October 2024. Eligible applicants are expected to be at an early stage of their career (and may not yet have completed their doctoral work). If postdoctoral, this is defined as being within two years from the date of a successful viva voce examination at the time of application. This year applications will be considered in the following fields: Law; Economics; Archaeology; Anthropology; Politics and International Studies; Social Psychology.
An Early-Career Research Fellow is expected to pursue learning and research in their chosen field and publish the results. The College’s academic environment provides favourable conditions for research, which will be undertaken freely and without oversight on the part of the College.
Early-Career Research Fellows are permitted to teach up to six hours per week for additional remuneration, and are expected to participate in the intellectual life of Leckhampton (the College's second site where most of its postgraduates are housed).
