A workshop titled “Spoliation as Translation: Spoliation as Translation : Medieval Worlds in the Eastern Mediterranean” will be held on dates 12-13 December. The first day of the event will be held at the Swedish Research Institute in Istanbul (SRII).
The workshop will open with a lecture by Margaret Mullett (Queens University, Belfast) on the topic of "Spoiling the Hellenes: Intertextuality, Appropriation, Embedment."
