Bard Graduate Center invites applications from scholars specializing in object-based studies of the arts and material culture of the ancient Mediterranean, the Near East and Egypt, with a preference for Greece and Rome. Candidates should demonstrate a substantial record of scholarly achievement, the ability to teach and supervise research broadly across the field, understood geographically, chronologically and conceptually, as well as a willingness to collaborate on study of the afterlives of antiquity.
