Yale University’s Department of the History of Art announces a postdoctoral fellowship in the Physical History of Art, start date January 1st 2019, or later by mutual agreement for one year with possible renewal.
Candidates must have a PhD in the History of Art, and have a developed interest in the physical analysis of works of art. The successful candidate will co-ordinate a series of workshops and will teach a graduate seminar on the Physical History of Art, working closely with conservators, curators and researchers at Yale. Applicants should have some museum experience.
