Memory and Cognition in Byzantium, Third Annual Byzantine Postdoctoral Fellowship Workshop, University of Notre Dame via Zoom, October 20, 2020, 11:00 am–2:30 pm

As part of its Byzantine Studies Postdoctoral Fellowship, the Medieval Institute at University of Notre Dame offers a workshop with each Fellow, organized within the framework of the Byzantine Studies Seminar and treating the fellow’s subject matter. Senior scholars, chosen in cooperation with the Medieval Institute, are invited for this event and will discuss draft versions of the Fellow’s book manuscript or articles or discuss the further development of ongoing research projects.

The 2019–20 Byzantine Postdoctoral Fellowship workshop will be held with Nicole Paxton Sullo, the fellow, together with speakers Roland Betancourt (UC Irvine), Rossitza Schroeder (St. Vladimir's Orthodox Theological Seminary), and Wiebke-Marie Stock (Notre Dame).

This event is the rescheduled spring workshop, which was postponed as part of Notre Dame's response to coronavirus.

Advance registration required.
