The University of Exeter invites applications for Lecturer in Medieval History. The full time permanent post is available from 1 September 2019 in the College of Humanities.

The post of Lecturer in Medieval History (c.500-c.1500) will contribute to extending their search profile of the Department of History at Exeter.   

The post will also include responsibility for the design, development and delivery of teaching and learning materials across a range of undergraduate and postgraduate modules within the discipline. The post-holder will also contribute to team-taught teaching in History, which will also include supervision of undergraduate final year dissertations, and to PhD supervision where appropriate.   

Preference may be given to candidates whose research complements the existing chronological, geographical and thematic strengths of permanent staff.
