Pembroke College, University of Cambridge, hopes to elect not later than 14 March 2017 to a Harry F. Guggenheim Research Fellowship in Humanities and Social Sciences, with appointment from 1 October 2017. Candidates for the Research Fellowship should have recently completed or be about to complete a doctoral degree, and should be able to conduct research of outstanding quality on aspects of the human propensity for violence and aggression and its amelioration, from within the disciplines of history, philosophy, international relations, and human, political and social sciences. The duration of the Fellowship will be for three years.
