Georgian Language Winter School, Yerevan, December 2–15, 2018 or December 2–22, 2018
ASPIRANTUM is pleased to announce its first International Georgian Language 2 and 3 weeks winter school in Yerevan, Armenia to take place from December 02, 2018 to December 15, 2018 (2 weeks) and December 02, 2018 to December 22, 2018 (3 weeks).
This 14- or 21-day winter school offers participants to master skills in written and oral modern Georgian, reading and interpreting Georgian texts from different periods as well as rapidly deepening their knowledge in colloquial Georgian.
This school is designed for students, at least 18 years-old, who want to make well-grounded progress in their knowledge of the Georgian language, deepen their knowledge of Georgian Grammar, colloquial speech and literary language. It offers an intensive Georgian language course spanning 40 (2 weeks)-60 (3 weeks) hours, divided into 10 (2 weeks)-15 (3 weeks) days of instruction and focusing on grammar, reading, speaking, and writing.
ASPIRANTUM Georgian language winter school is open to anyone with upper elementary knowledge of the Georgian language. The Georgian language classes are organized with the academic interests of the participants in mind to ensure that BA, MA, PhD students as well as postdocs and professors can benefit from it.
Participation fee is 1290 USD for the 2 weeks program and 1790 USD for the 3 weeks program.
This price includes reading and writing materials, coffee breaks.
We will not cover: Accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner, visa costs, travel costs to Armenia, from Armenia and in Armenia, any costs of accompanying friends or family members.
