The Faculty of Linguistics, Cultures, and Arts, Institute of Art History at the Goethe University Frankfurt welcomes applications for the following full time position starting April 2017: Professorship (W2, tenure track) of the History of Medieval Art.

The initial appointment is limited to six years. Upon positive evaluation a permanent position on the level “W3” of the German university scale will be offered according to § 64 “Hessisches Hochschulgesetz”. Requirements for this position are a PhD in Art History and further qualifications.
