Byzantium’s First Encounter with the Turks, lecture by James Howard-Johnston (Oxford), King’s College London, November 5, 2015, 6:30 pm

The Society for the Promotion of Byzantine Studies Autumn Lecture will take place in London on Thursday 5 November 2015 at 18:30 in the Anatomy Lecture Theatre, King’s College, Strand Campus.

This year the Annual Lecture is being organized in association with the Centre for Hellenic Studies at King’s. Dr James Howard-Johnston (Oxford) will be speaking to the title Byzantium’s First Encounter with the Turks.

The lecture will be followed by a reception to be held in the adjoining Anatomy Museum. All members are welcome!
