The History Department at the University of Denver invites applications for a full-time, tenure-track appointment as Assistant Professor in Ancient and/or Medieval history, field and period open.  Ph.D. preferred by time of appointment in September, 2016.

The successful candidate will teach a broad range of introductory- and upper-level courses to history majors and the undergraduate population at DU.  The successful candidate will also guide undergraduate theses on a broad variety of topics in Ancient and/or Medieval history.
