The British School at Rome is seeking to appoint an Assistant Director for Archaeology to join us in Rome, to play a vital role in the delivery of the BSR’s Research Strategy and Strategic Plan. Applicants must hold a doctorate, and must have an excellent knowledge and understanding of the UK’s Higher Education and research environment and/or museums sector.

This is a residential position, based at the BSR in Rome, for a fixed term (1 January 2021 [or as soon as possible thereafter] to 31 December 2022 in the first instance).
