Jesus College, University of Cambridge invites applications for two Arts Research Fellowships. The Fellowships are fixed-term three year Research Fellowships normally commencing on 1 October 2021. The Fellowships are intended for researchers early in their careers. Successful candidates are expected to be either graduate students, probably in the latter stages of their research leading to a PhD Degree, or post-doctoral researchers who have recently been awarded their PhD Degree. Candidates who have undertaken more than five years of full-time research are unlikely to be considered.
Application for a Research Fellowship is open to those in the following disciplines within the Arts: Ancient History; Anglo-Saxon, Norse and Celtic; Archaeology; Architecture; Area Studies; Asian and Middle Eastern Studies; Classics; Cultural and Media Studies; Development Studies; Economics; Education; English; Film Studies; Geography; History; History and Philosophy of Science; History of Art; International Relations; Land Economy; Law; Library Studies; Linguistics; Management Studies; Modern and Medieval Languages; Music; Philosophy; Politics and Political Science; Social Anthropology; Sociology; Theology and Religious Studies.
