An Evening of Byzantine Chant, Saint Sophia Orthodox Cathedral, Washington, DC, October 22, 2016, 6pm

An evening filled with transcendent Byzantine chant (plus wine, food, and fellowship) in the jewel box of a cathedral that is Saint Sophia. All with the goal of supporting IOCC's missions to help the neediest in Syria, Greece, Ethiopia and around the world.

Saint Sophia's master cantor George Theodoridis with four special guests from Hellenic College Holy Cross and two virtuosos from the New York area will chant the best loved liturgical hymns of the Byzantine tradition. It will be extraordinary.
