The Thomas Arthur Arnold Fund for Excellence in Historical Research at the Zvi Yavetz School of Historical Studies, Tel Aviv University, Israel, will award up to two one-year post-doctoral fellowships in historical studies for the academic year 2021-2022, with a possibility of a one-year renewal.

Fellows will conduct their research under the supervision of a senior faculty member from the School of Historical Studies or from the department of Jewish history at Tel Aviv University. They are expected to be regularly present on campus and are required to participate in the activities of the School.

Candidates must have received their PhD at an accredited institution of higher learning no earlier than 1 October 2016 and no later than 1 October 2021.
