London Summer School in Classics, King’s College London, July 5–14, 2016
The long standing London Summer School in Classics is jointly organised by the Department of Classics, at King's College London, and the Department of Greek and Latin, at University College London.
The Summer School offers classes in Greek and Latin from absolute beginners to advanced level. Courses for beginners in Syriac, Coptic and Biblical Hebrew are also offered (subject to sufficient demand).
There are four language classes each day as well as lectures and workshops, between 10.30am and 4.30pm. The course is not residential, and there is no teaching during the weekend.
Travel grants are available as a contribution to travel costs, but may not cover all your expenses. The travel grants are arranged during the Summer School. A small number of full-fee bursaries, generously supported by the Classical Association, will be available.
